Since ancient times, the most advanced civilizations such as the Greeks and Romans have developed systems for the transporting fluids, mainly water in such cases. Proof of this is the clay pipe systems used by the Greeks and the Roman aqueducts . The industrial revolution in England prompted the development of a number of industries , including mining, with this development, it arose the need to conduct a wider range of liquid and gaseous fluids. The design of piping systems or plumbing , piping commonly called , involves a number of disciplines and has a fundamental effect on any electromechanical infrastructure project. It is impossible to think of investing in mining, oil , gas, and other industries if we do not have the right technology for handling fluids efficiently.

Aware of the huge infrastructure investment being made in the country, we believe that the proposed diploma will help fill a nonexistent supply in the field of design and construction pipe systems and piping. It is known that this branch of engineering is essential for construction, mining and industrial megaprojects that exist and will exist in the country in the coming years.
